Position Details

The Branch Accountant plays a vital role in our operations, supporting four key areas: profitability analysis, fixed assets, financial reporting, and overall finance team support. This position ensures company leadership has accurate financial data for strategic decision-making. As a key contributor to timely month-end closings, the Branch Accountant helps the Executive Leadership Team monitor financial performance effectively. By recommending process improvements and standardizing procedures, this role enhances operational efficiency and strengthens team performance.

This is a newly created position, ideal for someone eager to shape its responsibilities and add value at the branch level. The Branch Accountant will work closely with our Texas-based team to ensure alignment with Headquarters’ SOPs, while reporting directly to the Operations Controller in Richmond, BC. This independent role requires a proactive professional who can work autonomously while collaborating effectively with branch operations.

Joining our talented finance team offers the chance to be part of an exciting ERP transformation and other impactful initiatives that reflect our commitment to continuous improvement. We value team members’ ideas and feedback, and your contributions will directly influence the organization’s success. If you’re looking for a role where you can make a lasting impact, this is the opportunity to build your legacy and drive meaningful change.

Note: We are very excited to be opening this new role which will work out of our Dallas Office in Grapevine. This role will be an in-office role.
